How does it all work?

The Smile PRO smart tracker monitors your belongings on the principle of Bluetooth connection with a smartphone. If Smile PRO is within Bluetooth range, it sends its location data to the application on the connected phone and notifies you if you move further away. Thanks to modern Bluetooth 5.0, FIXED Smile PRO works up to a distance of several tens of meters even in enclosed spaces, and in addition it significantly saves the battery of the locator and the phone itself.

Securely guards your belongings

In the FIXED Smart application, you set yourself how Smile PRO will guard the thing. It can alert you with a notification or alarm whenever you are out of range and Smile PRO disconnects. This will prevent you, for example, from forgetting your wallet at home on the table when you leave for work. It will also help in finding lost things. You can use the phone to ring Smile PRO and make it easier, for example, to find the keys in the apartment. If, on the other hand, you are looking for your phone, Smile Pro can ring the connected phone by pressing the control button.

Location Logging

If Smile PRO is connected to the phone, you will always see its current location on the map in the FIXED Smart application. The application works with Apple Maps on iOS phones, and Google Maps on Android devices. When you disconnect the tracker, its last position remains recorded on the map, which tells you where it stayed.

Theft protection

FIXED Smile PRO is equipped with a motion sensor that detects whenever it is moved when activated. It triggers a loud alarm and notifies you at the same time with a notification on your phone. You can adjust the sensitivity of the motion sensor yourself in the application. The sensor can also record the time of the movement, even if it is not currently connected to the phone. In the application, you will find out retrospectively when the tracker was moved.

Czech application

The FIXED Smart application allows you to conveniently monitor and control all active Smile trackers on your device. It is completely developed in the Czech Republic, supports phones and tablets with the iOS and Android operating systems, and is also adapted for Apple Watch. In one application, you will have all your smart Smile trackers in plain sight. For each tracker, you can set in the application how it will alert you to possible disconnection from range or unwanted movement – whether by a discreet notification or, conversely, by a loud alarm. Safe zones can be set for unnecessary interference at home or in the office, and unwanted notifications during sleep will be provided by night mode functions. The FIXED Smart application is constantly improved based on the customer experience, and thanks to automatic updates, the functions of your Smile trackers are continuously improved.

Sharing with more people

With your Smile PRO smart trackers, you can set up sharing with multiple users in the FIXED Smart application. One Smile can be paired with multiple phones at the same time and you can see its location on each device. Are you worried if your child has arrived safely at school? If it has a shared Smile locator connected to the phone, you can easily see in your application that it has arrived in order. Smile PRO will serve just as well, for example, when sharing the location of car keys or other important things used by more people at home or at work. You can also ring the shared tracker remotely when searching. Smile PRO sharing works seamlessly across iOS and Android operating systems.
