We will process your personal data for the above purpose until you withdraw your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email from the email address for which you granted your consent or by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

RIGHT OF ACCESS to Personal Data, which means that you may at any time request confirmation as to whether or not Personal Data concerning you are being processed, and if so, for what purposes, to what extent, to whom they are disclosed, for how long they will be processed, whether you have the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, where the Personal Data were obtained from, and whether automated decision-making, including profiling, is based on the processing of Personal Data. You also have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data, the first provision being free of charge, and subsequent provision may be subject to reasonable payment of administrative costs.
RIGHT TO CORRECTION OF Personal Data, which means that it is possible to request correction or completion of Personal Data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
RIGHT TO DELETION OF Personal Data, which means that Personal Data must be deleted if
(i) are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed,
(ii) consent is withdrawn and there is no other reason for the processing
(iii) an objection is raised to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing
(iv) the processing is unlawful or
(v) it is imposed by legal obligation.
RIGHT TO RESTRICT THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA, meaning that until the disputed issues regarding the processing of Personal Data are resolved, namely if (i) the accuracy of the Personal Data is contested, (ii) the processing is unlawful but instead of erasure, only restriction of processing is requested, (iii) the Personal Data is no longer needed by the contracting party for the purposes of the processing, (iv) or if an objection has been raised to the processing, the other contracting party may only have the Personal Data stored and further processing is subject to consent, or to the fact that these data are needed for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY , meaning that the data subject has the right to receive their Personal Data, which they have provided to the other party with consent for processing or for the purposes of performing a contract, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and, if technically feasible, to have these data transmitted to another controller.
THE RIGHT TO OBJECT to the processing of Personal Data, which means the possibility of submitting a written or electronic objection to the processing of Personal Data.
All rights set out in the previous paragraph can be exercised either in writing by registered letter sent to the registered office address, or electronically at the e-mail address info@FIXED.zone.
The data subject has the right to file a complaint against the processing of Personal Data with the Office for Personal Data Protection at: www.uoou.cz.
