Did you know that... you can connect 2 monitors to this HUB at the same time (1x HDMI and 1x Thunderbold 3) and charge your Macbook via USB-C?

More about the product

It could help you:

It is not possible to connect a mouse or keyboard after the last iPadOS update.

The problem can be solved by updating the firmware of the HUB itself. Above the link you will find the update program, including instructions and the new firmware version. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us via the form in the "Contact support" tab. We will be happy to help you with the update.

Is it possible to use the HUB while powering the MacBook?

Yes, you bring power to the USB-C connector on the HUB and then connect the HUB to your MacBook. If you connect more peripherals to the HUB, eg. monitor, hard disk, keyboard, etc., we recommend that you always supply power to the HUB for proper operation.

After connecting to a monitor or TV to HDMI, the image transfer does not work.

Make sure you have the latest firmware version and verify that your HDMI cable supports HDMI 1.4. The connector does not support HDMI 2.0. Check with your HUB for the latest firmware version including the guide.
