In the Find app, go to the Items section, select the item you're looking for and click Lost - Turn on. Next, add the necessary information for the finder and activate the function.

You can find the FIXED Card by playing the audio from the Find app.

FIXED Card is only for tracking your stuff. If the card is in the vicinity of another user, out of your reach, the user will be alerted by a notification on their iPhone.

You can find the current battery status in the find app - by tapping on a specific FIXED Card, the battery icon is shown below its name. If the card needs to be recharged, the app sends you a notification and the battery icon turns red.

The FIXED Card only needs to be charged once every three months.

FIXED Card can be charged on any wireless charging pad.

Charging takes about 1 hour. During charging the LED indicator flashes, after a full charge it lights up permanently.

FIXED Card can be charged on any wireless charger.

FIXED Card does not have a MagSafe magnet.

FIXED Card is IP67 certified, i.e. waterproof when submerged to a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes. It is also protected against dust ingress.
